A pedestrian was taken to hospital after the collision at an organised car meet in Derbyshire.
Derbyshire Police tweeted:
‘Car Meet Update. Pedestrian in hospital with serious not life threatening injuries. Driver located.
‘We have a copy of the video circulating. Folks, these meets are not somewhere to bring your children/families. They continue to be proliferated by irresponsible unskilled drivers.’
Derbyshire Police said:
‘Night shift booked on and now dealing with serious crashes – one at MFN, an ‘organised car meet’ involving a car and pedestrian.
‘Another serious one in Barrow on Trent involving a car and a motorcycle.
‘Same team last night dealt with a fatal and two serious RTCs’
