Video: Appeal after pedestrian in hospital after collision at ‘car meet’

The incident happened at the MFN venue near Shipley Gate in Amber Valley.

A pedestrian was taken to hospital after the collision at an organised car meet in Derbyshire.

Derbyshire Police tweeted:

‘Car Meet Update. Pedestrian in hospital with serious not life threatening injuries. Driver located.

‘We have a copy of the video circulating. Folks, these meets are not somewhere to bring your children/families. They continue to be proliferated by irresponsible unskilled drivers.’
