The incident happened at 9:04 pm on Friday.
Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Crews from West Bridgford, London Road Station , Highfields Station attended an RTC on Wilford Lane, West Bridgford, the incident involved a tanker and a pedestrian.
“EMAS NHS Trust were also in attendance.”
Police said:
‘One man was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening or altering.

“The road was closed for several hours while the collision was investigated. We are looking into it further.”
