A pedestrian was taken to hospital after a collision with a car.
The woman, aged in her thirties, was injured outside Aldi, in Nottingham Road, Stapleford, shortly before 5.20 pm yesterday (Monday).
She is being treated for multiple injuries, but her condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
The driver of the car has been spoken to by officers and an investigation into what happened is continuing.
Sergeant Craig Luckett, of Nottinghamshire Police’s Roads Policing Unit, said:
“The victim in this incident has suffered significant injuries and we are working hard to understand exactly what happened.
“We have spoken to several drivers at the scene but would also like to hear from any additional witnesses who have yet to come forward.”
