Pictures & Video: Bomb disposal called to Sneinton road after reports of suspicious items

PUBLISHED:

A cordon has been put in place in Sneinton after reports of suspicious items in a vehicle.

Little Tennis Street is completely blocked by the cordon.

Around 12 emergency vehicles including EMAS and Notts Police incident response teams are at the scene.

The 100-metre cordon will remain in place in Daleside Road while an investigation is carried out into the items.

The Army’s Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit is investigating and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and East Midlands Ambulance Service have also been called to the incident, which was reported at around 2.45pm today.
