Pictures: Inside Edwalton showhome The Hall

The doors to a new showhome have been opened at a housing development in Edwalton.

The Mayor of Rushcliffe, Christine Jeffreys, helped Bellway to unveil the Swarkestone showhome at The Hall, off Melton Road, at an official launch event last Thursday (July 11).

Prospective buyers can now explore the luxurious four-bedroom property, which has been professionally decorated by award-winning designers.

Carolyne Watkinson, Sales Director at Bellway East Midlands, said: “We are really pleased with our new showhome at Edwalton and it was fantastic to launch it to the public with the help of the Mayor.

“Opening a new showhome is always an exciting time as it gives visitors the chance to gain an insight into the high quality of homes on offer.

“We have worked extremely hard to design a unique development which offers a wide selection of homes in this attractive location, and we are really pleased with the feedback we have received so far.”

She added: “We’ve received a great deal of interest in the new homes at The Hall, so I would encourage house-hunters to visit the development to avoid missing out.”

The new state-of-the-art homes also benefit from much higher than standard specification fixtures and fittings.

The Swarkestone comes with an impressive range of integrated appliances, including a warming drawer, coffee maker, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washer drier.

There is currently a choice of three and five-bedroom homes available to buy at the development, with prices starting at £305,000.
