Nottinghamshire Police and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service are on the scene of a car fire in Clifton.
A fire dog was used to help fire and police forensic teams to investigate the cause of a car fire in Rivergreen, Clifton.
The scene shows the windows of a property smashed, and a car on the forecourt completely destroyed by fire.

The adjoining semi-detached home has some smoke damage and a trailer on the forecourt also appears to have been destroyed.

Police officers were called to the address in Rivergreen, Clifton, at around 6.45 pm on Sunday after the blaze was reported.

Sergeant Steve Dalby, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Our investigation is at an early stage and we are working to understand what happened in the moments before, during and after this incident.
“To this end, we would like to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area at around 6.45 pm yesterday evening Sunday 19 February.
“We believe this to have been an isolated but officers have remained in the area to provide local reassurance.

“Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 631 of 19 February 2023.”
