Pictures: Save the Children Fun Dog Show at Rushcliffe Country Park

Ruth Edwards MP joined the fun and handed out prizes for the best dogs at today’s Fun Dog Show.

The classes were:

The show classes were: Waggiest Tail; Most handsome dog; Prettiest
bitch; Most appealing eyes; Most attractive puppy (under 12 months old); Best
rescue dog (a dog from a shelter); Golden Oldie (over 10yrs old); Glossiest coat;
Child’s best friend (handler to be under 12 yrs old); and the Best Trick.

As well as the show itself, there were plenty of other attractions: an agility
demonstration, a pet photographer, and several trade stalls.

‘Build a Bond Dog Training offered ‘have a go’ sessions for anyone who
would like to give training a try.’

The WI held a cake and craft stall and there was a Save the Children stall
selling bric a brac, books and toys.

Stunning weather helped to make the event a fun afternoon.
