“Our vision is to build thoughtfully designed homes that meet the diverse needs of the community, ensuring a mix of properties that offer style, comfort, and functionality. With 10% of our homes designated as affordable housing, we remain dedicated to providing opportunities for people to access high-quality housing in the area.”

Fairham is set to become the East Midlands’ most significant mixed-use development, offering world-class connectivity and a prime residential and commercial location.

Local developer Clowes Developments is working in partnership with Homes England, the Government’s housing accelerator, to bring Fairham to life.

Located to the south of Nottingham, the 606-acre brand-new neighbourhood will feature 3,000 homes, one million sq ft of employment space, a thriving neighbourhood centre, and 200 acres of parkland and green open space for residents and workers to enjoy.
