Police appeal for help in search for vulnerable missing person

Police are appealing for the public’s help to track down a vulnerable missing person.

Joe, who identifies as Joanne, was last seen in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area at around 5.30am this morning (Saturday).

Joanne is around 5ft 11ins tall, has short dark hair and was last seen wearing a navy hooded jacket, grey stained jogging bottoms and navy Nike trainers with white ticks.

They have links to the Mansfield and Newark areas.

Chief Inspector Paul Hennessy, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We are increasingly concerned for the welfare of this missing person and would like to hear immediately from anybody who has seen them or who has any information about their whereabouts.”

Anyone with information is asked to call 101quoting incident 156 of 28 January 2023.
