Emergency services were called to Glasshouse Street in the city centre this evening (Wednesday 22 July 2020) following a report of concern for a man’s safety.
The incident, reported to police at 6.21pm, was brought to a safe conclusion at 7.13pm.
A 35-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of breaching court bail conditions and remains in custody.
Minimal disruption was caused and we’d like to thank people for their patience and cooperation while the incident was dealt with.
