Police care for motorist’s snake after single-vehicle collision on the M1

Police took the animal to the driver’s partner to make sure not was kept warm.

Derbyshire Roads Police said:

‘M1 North near J29 yesterday.

‘Single vehicle collision.

‘Minor injuries but driver hospitalised.

‘In one of the more bizarre things we’ve had to do, the drivers SNAKE was in the car so we transported it to the drivers partner to keep it warm.’
