Police have closed the road as thousands queue for trains to Wembley.
Police have closed Queen’s Road and Sheriff’s Way along the side of the rail station.
One lane is also closed going away from the city.
A police officer at the scene said the closure is to protect supporters who are spilling on to the roads.
