Multiple suspects were dealt with as neighbourhood police officers held their latest day of action to clamp down on crime in Nottingham.
The city centre neighbourhood policing team patrolled local streets to seek out criminality on Tuesday (14 March 2023).
The proactive operation yielded positive results, with action taken against a number of individuals.
A 31-year-old man who was wanted on a recall to prison for breaching the terms of his licence was spotted in Clumber Street and detained.

A 46-year-old man was reported for summons after being found in possession of Black Mamba in Stoney Street.
A 29-year-old man was given a warning after he was spotted smoking a cannabis joint in Exchange Street.
Two men, aged 30 and 37, were issued with a Community Resolution for possession of cannabis following separate stop and searches in Milton Street and Cliff Road respectively.
A 16-year-old boy was referred to the Youth Justice Service after being spotted smoking a cannabis spliff in Shortwood Close.
Meanwhile, two other men were issued with a Community Resolution after being caught shoplifting, while a third man was reported for summons for the same offence.
Sergeant Richard Tiernan, of the City Centre neighbourhood policing team, said it had been a very productive operation.
He said: “Overall there were 25 stop and searches, two arrests, five pieces of intel submissions, three begging cautions and Section 35 notices issued under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
“In addition to this, two of our officers went above and beyond by staying on to deal with a suspect who was arrested after making threats via email to three separate organisations over an ongoing noise complaint.
“We will continue to carry out proactive patrols to make the city centre an even safer place to live, work and visit. That said, we also rely on information received from the public and I would urge anyone who sees something suspicious or has information that could aid our efforts to crack down on crime to report it to us on 101 or speak to an officer on patrol.”
