Police dispersed a number of other gatherings this weekend, including a hot-tub party in Retford in the early hours of this morning.
A birthday party in West Bridgford was dispersed last night and a student party with over 20 people attending in Radford was also visited.
In each of these three instances they immediately dispersed when police arrived and no fines were issued.
During last night’s support of NET and Community Protection Officers on the tram, four people were directed to leave the tram for not wearing masks.

City council leader Cllr David Mellen said: “I am pleased that the vast majority of people appear to have been sensible and realised the Covid situation in Nottingham is extremely serious. I thank them for overwhelmingly doing the right thing this weekend.
“Where there were cases of behaviour in breach of Covid rules, our Community Protection Officers were on hand to support the police in keeping everyone safe, and I am grateful to them and the police for their efforts.”
Mike Mabey, NET head of operations, said: “These joint patrols with the police will help us in further reducing incidents of general anti-social behaviour, while supporting the extensive measures we’re already taking to keep the network safe during the coronavirus pandemic.
“We would also like to thank the vast majority of customers that have been sensibly observing the guidelines, but we all need to work together to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. Customers can play their part by planning their journey in advance, avoiding peak times if they can and not boarding a tram if they think it is already busy. Instead they should wait for the next one, which will only be a few minutes behind and likely to be much quieter.”
