Police targeted Bestwood, Bulwell and Rise Park.
Police said:
‘On 27/08/2022 the Beat Team conducted a off road bike Operation in Bestwood, Bullwell and Rise Park due to the increasing reports of off-road motorcycles in the area.
‘All open green areas where patrolled on city north looking for bikes. During the operation a male was stopped on a off road electric motorcycle and issued with a section 59 notice.
‘If you see any off-road bikes in your area or know where they are being stored, you can contact us anonymously on 101 and report it. Please suggest any key areas we can target next in the comments below.’
