Police are continuing patrols particularly along the A52.
Police said:
‘In response to multiple complaints of large volumes of cars meeting up, the Road Crime team have been conducting proactive patrols across Rushcliffe, paying particular attention to A52 between Gamston and Edwalton and the A453 at Radcliffe-on-Soar in order to prevent vehicles gathering and disperse them.
‘On Tuesday night during patrols across Rushcliffe, a number of vehicles were stopped and drivers spoken to resulting in two drivers being issued Traffic Offence reports.’
