Police have released images of two people they’d like to speak to after a man had his jacket robbed in a Nottingham street.
The victim was walking along Melbourne Road, Aspley, when he was suddenly approached by two people on pushbikes who surrounded him.
They then grabbed the man and forcibly removed a jacket he was wearing, before also snatching a set of headphones from out of his ears.
The duo then grabbed a woolly hat from the victim’s head, before cycling away towards Ledbury Vale at around 6 pm on 27 February 2023.
An investigation has since been launched into the robbery, with officers now releasing images of two people they believe could have information to assist them.
Detective Sergeant Frank Guddemi, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:
“This would’ve been a scary ordeal for the victim, who was forced to hand over items belonging to him after being left fearing for his safety.
“We are keen to identify and speak to both of the people in these pictures, who we believe could have information to assist our inquiries.
“Anyone who recognises either of them should come forward immediately, so that we can question them about what they know.”
