The incident was reported on 18 June in the Bulwell area
Police said:
‘So a father thought it was great idea to take his children out on a off road bike and quad bike this evening.
‘He had a two-year-old sat on the handlebars of the off-road bike and a five-year-old riding a quad on his own.
‘Neither the bike or quad are legal to ride on a public highway, not only that it’s raining and there were other vehicles on the road!
‘Both bikes have been seized due to the number of offences that have been committed by the father and to safeguard the children.’
