Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to trace after a woman was sexually assaulted in a Wollaton supermarket.
The victim, in her 20s, was approached by a man in the Co-op supermarket in Lambourne Drive in Wollaton on Thursday 11 January at around 6.45pm.
When she has leant down, a man has approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her. He left the store after the incident and police were called.
Officers have now released a CCTV image of a man who could help them further their investigation.
Inspector Lawrence Verney said:
“This incident left the victim understandably shaken and upset. We are determined to catch the man responsible and are calling on the public’s help.
“We believe the man in this picture can help us with our inquiries. Do you know the man in the picture? Are you the man in the picture? Please get in touch as soon as possible.”
