Police continue speed enforcement patrols across the borough.
Police in Rushcliffe said:
‘PC Clarke, PC Piper and SPC Arnold have been conducting speed checks along Tollerton Lane this afternoon.
‘This was as a result of concerns from local residents regarding speeding motorists during school pick up times.
‘Officers checked over 60 vehicles; a number of drivers were spoken to regarding the manner of their driving and four drivers were reported for driving over 37 mph and 38 mph in a 30 mph limit.
‘Thank you to the local residents that came out and spoke to officers and offered their support!’
