Nottinghamshire Police have issued an update.
Chief Inspector Karl Thomas, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “Officers were called to Exchange Walk, Nottingham city centre, after a man was found collapsed in the street.
“A scene was put in place at this location, while officers carried out inquiries to establish what happened.
“It’s currently believed the man suffered a medical episode.
“Anyone who has any information is asked to call the police on 101, quoting incident 276 of 13 November 2023.”
