Police teams say they have achieved two results in tackling neighbourhood disputes in Radcliffe-on-Trent.
Officers said:
‘We responded to reports of an unruly neighbour who regularly shouted obscenities at a victim.
‘We carried out a determined investigation into the reports and the individual has now been given a hefty fine after admitting the offence in court.
‘We have also been busy investigating an individual who lives in Radcliffe on Trent who made a number of threats to neighbours and damaged their car.
‘He admitted various offences in court and because of his previous offending received a 10-month jail sentence.
‘We’d like to reassure members of the public that we take disputes between neighbours seriously and understand the impact they can have on people’s lives.’
