Excellent police teamwork on the road resulted in a man’s arrest and substantial amounts of drugs and cash being recovered.
Officers spotted a car which was believed to be linked to the supply of drugs and three police vehicles were used to box it in.
It was brought to a stop at the junction of the A617 and A60 Nottingham Road at Mansfield.
The driver and vehicle were searched and more than 100 wraps of suspected class A drugs and a large quantity of cash were seized.
