Nottinghamshire Police say a suspected drunk driver left the road near Ratcliffe on Soar.
Sharing an image of the vehicle after to left the carriageway, Nottinghamshire Roads Police said:
‘This car was crashed by a drink driver at Ratcliffe On Soar.
‘The driver was detained and arrested by RPU and has been charged to court with the offence of drink driving.
‘It’s just luck that no one was hurt by the selfish actions of the driver.
