Non-essential retail will close
People can meet one other person not in their household outdoors
No limit on exercise outdoors

Pubs, bars and restaurants to close unless offering takeaway
Furlough scheme has been extended throughout November – at 80% wages
Shielding measures  not be re-introduced, but vulnerable people or those aged over 70 years old are advised to be careful
