The Sue Gray Report into parties and gatherings in and around Downing Street during lockdowns and restrictions has been published.
Ms Gray says in the report that many of the events “should not have been allowed to happen” and that Senior leadership at Downing St “must bear responsibility for this culture.”
Boris Johnson is now speaking to the Commons – he says he takes full responsibility for everything that happened.
