A plan for microasphalting ( resurfacing ) several roads in West Bridgford and surrounding villages has been released.
The dates for work are entirely dependent on the weather and affected addresses will be letter-dropped nearer to the specific date their work will take place.
The planned dates are between 9 August and 9 October – if the weather is fine the earliest date possible will be the start of the work.
Traffic control include temporary prohibition of driving, temporary prohibition of waiting, and no loading and unloading.
Via East Midlands said:
‘Works will take place between 07:30 hours and 17:00 hours and are scheduled to take place from Monday 9th August 2021 and Saturday 9th October 2021. These works are very weather dependent, and dates may change at short notice throughout this period.
