RideWise celebrates 20 years with Birthday Bash and bike sale event

Since its founding, they’ve supported over one million people to walk, cycle, and travel more sustainably.

RideWise, Nottingham’s beloved cycling and walking charity, is thrilled to celebrate two decades of empowering communities, promoting sustainability, and changing lives through the joy of cycling and walking.

Since its founding, they’ve supported over one million people to walk, cycle, and travel more sustainably – helping families, schools, and individuals of all abilities to embrace active travel.

For many in Nottingham, RideWise has been a part of their journey.

Chief Executive Helen Hemstock said: “If you have children in local schools, there’s a good chance we taught them how to ride a bike – we may have even taught you too! Over the years, we’ve fixed bikes for free, provided bikes to those in need, supported people with disabilities, and worked with schools and community groups to make cycling accessible to all”

“We’d love to see you at our Birthday Bash on 20 March at the RideWise Bike Shop at Lenton Abbey Park (NG9 2SF)
