Director Phil Stanway told The Wire:

“It is completely soul destroying to see years of volunteer effort and funding destroyed overnight, with 5 vehicles damaged, one of which, at first inspection, is beyond economical repair, our volunteers have gone through the whole range of emotions in the space of a few hours.

‘What is important at this point in time is that those persons responsible are caught and punished but in the meantime, we will be looking at ways of raising the funds to start repairing the damage and improve site security. This may be through forms of sponsorship, donations or any other means possible.”
