Rushcliffe Borough Council’s Home Alarms Service has been given another remarkable 100 per cent customer satisfaction rating.
Those who use the service fed back that they were completely satisfied with the authority’s Housing Support Administration Team when they needed to use the facility.
The alarms provide security, reassurance and independence for hundreds of people across Rushcliffe and neighbouring areas.
A pendant is worn on a neck cord or wrist, with a trigger that can be pressed to call the authority in the event of a medical or other emergency.
The Council’s Cabinet Portfolio Holder for Planning and Housing, Cllr Roger Upton, said: “It is amazing to see our Home Alarms Service receive another 100 per cent satisfaction rating as the service continues to provide incredible support.
“We are delighted to be able to offer this wonderful service that gives peace of mind to hundreds of residents across the Borough and to know how much they appreciate it.
“This latest survey highlights that our team upholds an exceptional level of customer service, and this is the 10th year we have secured a rating of more than 95 per cent.
“The alarms can provide a lifeline and provide many families with that extra comfort, allowing residents to stay independent in their own homes and knowing that help is no more than a press of a button away.”
Home Alarms are accessible to residents living in Rushcliffe and other areas of Nottinghamshire, with free demonstrations available.
Residents can also take advantage of a special limited-time offer where all new Home Alarm customers can enjoy free installation until 30 June 2026.
