The Rotary Club of Rushcliffe would like to express thanks to everyone who helped and supported the club during the annual Santa’s sleigh fund-raising activities over the Christmas period.
Although collecting was restricted to static sites and” no stopping” walks around the local area, over £6,600 was raised for good causes.
The club acknowledges, with thanks, the support of Morrisons Supermarket, Notcutts Garden Centre, Keyworth Co-operative supermarket and the Air Hostess at Tollerton.
The club is especially grateful for the support and enthusiasm of the many volunteer “friends” of the club who helped at the 14 static site collections and on the 9 walking rounds.
Every penny received is placed in our Benevolent Fund and supports good causes in our local communities and beyond.
