Save the Children said:
‘You are welcome to enter your pet into as many classes as you wish; the cost per
entry is £2.00. Entries can be registered on the day from 12.30 pm and the judging
will begin at 1.00 pm.
‘You can also register in advance by picking up an entry form from The Pet Pantry on the High Street.
‘We ask that all dogs entered into any class are fully vaccinated.
‘All competing dogs will receive a certificate and the 1st , 2nd and 3rd placed pets will also receive rosettes.
‘As well as the show itself, there will be plenty of other attractions: an agility
demonstration, a pet photographer, and several trade stalls for you to take a look at.
‘Build a Bond Dog Training has offered to run a ‘have a go’ session for anyone who
would like to give training a try.’
The WI will have a cake and craft stall and there will be a Save the Children stall
selling bric a brac, books and toys. We will also be making a collection for Save the
Children – look out for the giant dog!
Keep everything crossed for good weather and come along and join us for what we
hope will be a fun afternoon. We look forward to seeing you and your furry friends!
