There is a car fire which has closed the southbound carriageway.
The incident has been reported by AA Roadwatch at 9:37 am on Tuesday 21 March:
‘Road closed and very slow traffic due to car fire on A46 both ways from Park Hill Lane to B676 Six Hills Lane..’
The map suggests that the southbound lanes are closed.
