West Bridgford’s brand-new Italian spaghetti restaurant is complete.
In an update after opening on Friday, the restaurant has announced its opening times:
Tuesday – Saturday 12 til 9 pm for food – 11:45 pm for drinks
Sunday – 9 am til 4 pm for food – 9 pm for drinks.
Plans for earlier Saturday openings are in the pipeline too, along with some upstairs tables, these will be clarified as the business settles in.
Owner Edin has been working for the past few weeks to transform the former Connaught House premises on Tudor Square in the town centre.
The brand only took the premises over in late April this year.
In an update, Edin said:
‘We have 30 seats now and we’ll open on Friday 28 July.’
The business has created several jobs in the town with a whole new young team trained up and ready to start serving.
Edin told us:
‘West Bridgford has been really supportive of our arrival, I can’t wait to give something special back to the community.’
The restaurant has been completed in just a few weeks and has tables in the windows overlooking the square.
The pasta brand has been a favourite on Heathcoat Street in Hockley, Nottingham city centre since 2016 and also operates Botti de Mama, also in Nottingham on Broad Street.
The business has four and a half stars from almost 700 Tripadvisor reviews.
The independent is another addition to the town after 200 Degrees opened their West Bridgford coffee shop at the weekend.
