Southbank Bar Nottingham City launches NHS discount

The new discount is to celebrate the outstanding service provided to the city by the hard -working men and women who serve the NHS.

Southbank Bar Nottingham City has launched a new discount for all NHS staff to celebrate the outstanding service provided to the city by the hard -working men and women who serve the NHS.

All NHS staff will be able to receive 40% off food all day, every day on production of their NHS ID card.

The discount will be available across their full menu – packed full of delicious options for all taste including light bites, sandwiches and wraps, burgers, pizzas, salads, classic mains, grill and steaks, children’s and desserts with lots of meaty, veggie and vegan options. Tom Holodynsky, Operations Manager for Great Northern Inns (who own the city centre bar), explains:

‘It is an absolute honour to announce this new offer for our city’s hardworking NHS staff, I personally have a lot of respect for our NHS, not least because of the service they provide under immense pressure, but also because many member of my family proudly represented the service for many years – my mother, father, step-mother, auntie as well as my brother and sister have all worked diligently for the NHS, some
for over 30 years. As a business, we’re really proud to provide this offer as a token of our appreciation – looking after those who look after us.’

The discount is available now and will continue to run as part of the normal offering at Southbank Bar Nottingham City, located on Friar lane, Nottingham.
