A West Bridgford opticians has stepped in to support two of the West Bridgford Colts FC teams by sponsoring their new kit.
Specsavers on Central Avenue in West Bridgford has provided new kit for the under-14s teams, Rondos and Raptors.
‘As a local business we are passionate about supporting our local community and so the partnership with West Bridgford Colts FC was an obvious one,’ comments Stephen Rogers, Specsavers West Bridgford store director.
‘It’s great to be involved with the biggest amateur football club in the country and to be helping grassroots sport in this way. We admire the Club and its ethos around inclusivity, development and enjoyment and so to have the opportunity to work with them is fantastic.
‘We’ve been following the Rondos and Raptors closely this season and are happy to see that their eyes have been on the ball! We wish them all the best for the forthcoming matches.’

The logo looks great on the shirts and the lads look very smart when they go on to the field.
‘It’s also looking promising that in this first season of sponsorship, that both teams are very much in contention to win a U14 league trophy come the end of the season.’

In line with guidance from the NHS, Specsavers are keeping safety measures in place, including the wearing of face coverings, unless there is a medical exemption.
