St Giles’ Church West Bridgford extends quiet space for reflection and announces service times

Following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, many will wish to remember her in prayer, to reflect on her life and to pray too for the Royal Family and all who mourn, as well as for the new King.

St Giles’ Church, Church Drive, West Bridgford will be open as a quiet space for individual prayer and reflection on Saturday 10th September 10am – 5pm.

There will also be services on Sunday morning at 9.00 (traditional) and 10.30 (informal), and a midweek service at 10.45 on Wednesday morning.

A book of condolence will be available in St Giles Church from Sunday 11th September until the day after the funeral and the church bells will also be rung at various significant times during the coming days.
