The roadworks are for urgent repairs to a burst water main.

The affected area is between the junctions with Glenmore Road and Alford Road. To facilitate the repair works by Severn Trent Water, temporary two-way traffic signals will be operational 24 hours a day throughout this period.
Road users are advised to anticipate potential delays and consider alternative routes if possible.
• Plumtree: Four-way traffic signals for 10 days for National Grid works
• Bridgford Road: City Fibre works – 24-hour temporary traffic signals for three weeks
• Beckside: One-way system in place for three nights for gas connections
