A dog owner has been reunited with their faithful pet three months after she went missing.
Polly, the three year old Springer Spaniel, was taken from her owner’s home in February this year and was reported missing by police with investigations ongoing.
After a three-month search, Polly was spotted wandering on her own on a road in Newark and was reported to Newark and Sherwood District Council Community Protection Officers.
As Polly was microchipped, finding her owner and discovering that she had gone missing was a simple task for Newark and Sherwood District Council Community Protection Officers
Polly is now back with her owner enjoying lots of cuddles and affection! A happy end to this story
