The Met Office issued an update on Wednesday 18 October.
The warning issued earlier this week for heavy rain from Thursday until Saturday has been cancelled.
Thursday:
Often rather cloudy but also some bright or sunny spells. Scattered showers, some heavy and perhaps thundery are also likely. Lighter winds than Wednesday. Maximum temperature 17 °C.
Outlook for Friday to Sunday:
Friday and Saturday, further showers or longer spells of rain are likely, some heavy. Sunday, probably turning drier and brighter with lighter winds.
