Wollaton Hall and Deer Park has announced closure because of forecast weather conditions.

The update reads:

‘Due to a Yellow Wind warning from the Met Office re Storm Darragh and high winds expected, we are CLOSED on Saturday 7th December, with an anticipated delayed opening on Sunday 8th December.

‘We have notified visitors affected, and ask anyone visiting Sunday to delay their visit until after 1 pm and check our website, in case we need to update further, following site checks in the morning

‘Remember to check our website before travelling on the day: www.wollatonhall.org.uk.’
