Gales continuing through the night and becoming more widespread. Rain eases off into the evening, replaced by blustery showers moving in from the west, these dying off overnight. Mild. Minimum temperature 7 °C.
Wednesday:
Winds easing through the day, although gale strength gusts lingering over the Derbyshire hills. Plenty of bright or sunny spells throughout Wednesday. Feeling mild. Maximum temperature 10 °C.
Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:
More wet and windy weather looks to return on Thursday. Any lingering rain clearing early on Friday, bright and sunny spells following. Cloudier on Saturday but likely remaining dry.
