This week the vaccination programme administered more than 65,000 vaccines in one week as well as opening up to all those aged 34 and over. So far, 860,553 vaccinations have been administered in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire with 320,789 of these being second doses.
The NHS is urging anyone who qualifies for a jab, but has not yet received one, to book an appointment. Those who are currently eligible include those aged 34 and over, frontline health and social care workers as well as those who are clinically vulnerable, clinically extremely vulnerable and carers.
