Commercial property specialists Landa Associates have secured a ten-year lease renewal for a hairdressing salon in West Bridgford.
Sunny Landa, Director at Landa Associates was retained by The Hair Scene to help secure its continued presence at 9-11 Central Avenue. The salon, which employs 10 people, has been located at the site for over a decade.
The Hair Scene is owned and operated by stylist Mitesh Tailor who is the salon’s Lead Creative Director and Cutting Expert.
Sunny said: “It’s great to see a well-established business continue to thrive on Central Avenue. We were delighted to have secured a long-term lease for our client and working with Mitesh was a joy.
