Saturday sees the long-awaited return of the Friary Bargain and Fundraising Sale at the Charity’s Drop-In Centre at 46 Musters Road, West Bridgford.
This eagerly anticipated event was held several times a year prior to the pandemic and was always well attended.
The Homeless Charity hopes that its re-launch will prove to be as popular.
General Manager Ann Bremner is delighted to see the return of the Sale. Ann says
‘Our bargain sales have always been well attended and are both a chance to pick up a bargain while catching up with friends.
‘We also have an area serving Tea/Coffee and Cake.
‘It’s so important to the Friary that we are able to host events like this.
‘The number of homeless and vulnerable visitors to the Centre is increasing considerably and this is a chance for us to raise some desperately needed funds.’
The sale is on this Saturday 2 September from 10am – 12 noon. Entrance Fee is £1 and stalls will be selling the following
Adult Clothing
Household and Electrical Items
Toys
Bric-a-brac
Jewellery
