FHP Waterside Living is hosting its first information evening for The Yacht Club Apartments, Riverside – one of the stunning new waterside residential developments taking shape on the bank of the Trent.
The event, taking place this evening (Wednesday 7 November), will showcase this unique collection of 81 apartments at The Yacht Club.
The Yacht Club has now launched to market, with potential buyers as far away as London – and even overseas – expressing an interest in the riverside apartments.
FHP Waterside Living’s event will inform potential buyers on the development’s timescales and progress, the reservation process and provide more information on what buyers can expect if they choose to purchase one of Nottingham’s most exclusive apartments.
Steve Parker, director at FHP Waterside Living said: “The event at our West Bridgford office is the perfect opportunity for potential buyers to learn a bit more about the development and ask questions.
“We’ll be providing guests with an update on timescales and the development’s progress, with the steelwork already erected for blocks B and C and the first phase of the apartments due to complete in Summer 2019.”
There are one, two and three bedroom apartments available – including three incredible penthouses – with prices ranging from £230,000 to £750,000.
“Each property is beautifully designed; boasting contemporary, bespoke kitchens, modern bathrooms and wet rooms, smart technology throughout and stunning views over the River Trent to Lady Bay,” Steve continued.
The development sits between the River Crescent and Trent Basin developments and is also close to the East Point Retail Park, which features outlets including Aldi and Costa Coffee.
David Hargreaves, managing director of FHP Waterside Living added: “What a lot of people don’t realise is that help-to-buy is available on all of these apartments, so a buyer only needs a 5% deposit. The government then lends the other 20% interest-free for five years and the buyer secures a mortgage for the other 75%.
“Interest rates can now be less than 2% so the cost per month can often be a lot less than renting.
“We can provide guidance on how to apply for this scheme and what the benefits are of taking this route – as well as support those who are already firmly on the property ladder and are wanting to take the next step.
“The Yacht Club is going to be one of Nottingham’s best developments, it’s in a prime position and will provide buyers not just with a new home, but with a new lifestyle. I look forward to welcoming potential buyers tomorrow.”
The event will take place on Wednesday 7 November, starting at 7 pm and is being held at FHP Living’s West Bridgford office – 23 Bridgford Road, NG2 6AU.
The Yacht Club has been developed by KMRE Group.
