Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said at 8:20 pm
‘We have three fire engines and an Aerial Ladder Platform at a fire in Carlton Hill.
‘We were called to the incident at 7:10 pm following reports of smoke coming through the roof.
‘It is a derelict building and local residents should keep windows and doors closed.’
