On Monday, 9 December the Worksop North Neighbourhood Policing Team and Worksop Response Officers successfully intercepted a vehicle containing three shoplifters on Watson Road, Worksop.

Police said:

‘These individuals had been identified by shops in Retford and Worksop as carrying out recent thefts.

‘With the invaluable assistance of our colleagues in CCTV, the car was located, leading to the arrest of two men and a woman. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
