Trams: Wilford Lane – Clifton service delays because of technical issues

NET report problems on trams between Ruddington Lane and Wilford Lane.

DISRUPTION TO SERVICE: We currently have no service between Ruddington Lane and Wilford Lane due to a problem with one of our trams. Techs are on route. Updates to follow.

UPDATE: Navy line buses 1, 3 and 4 are accepting NET tickets and passes for travel. Phoenix Park – Clifton South services are delayed due to the location of the failed tram.

UPDATE: All stops can now be accessed by tram but may require a swap of tram mid journey. Drivers will provide instructions if you need to get off and swap trams. Please listen carefully for drivers instructions.

UPDATE: Passengers travelling towards Clifton will need to get off the tram at Wilford Lane, cross over and catch a tram from the Nottingham bound platform. This tram will take you towards Clifton on the opposite side of the track.

Passengers travelling towards Phoenix Park will need to get off the tram at Wilford Lane, cross over and catch the tram from the Clifton Bound platform. This tram will take you towards Nottingham but on the opposite track.
This means all tram stops can be accessed by tram but journeys will be broken to swap trams.

Technicians are on site working on the issue and we will update you when services return to normal running.
