Two suspects have appeared in court following an investigation into a drugs line supplying cocaine and heroin in Nottinghamshire.
Inquiries by the force’s County Lines team have been ongoing since July 2025 when wraps of Class A drugs, mobile phones and a knife were discovered at a home in St Ann’s, Nottingham.
As part of the investigation officers approached a man in Pearmain Drive, St Ann’s, around 12.40pm on Wednesday (3 December).
He fled and a phone was discarded but officers caught up with the man nearby.
Searches were carried out at a property in the street and officers seized suspected Class A and Class B drugs, as well as multiple mobile phones, cash, an electric bike and equipment associated with drug dealing.
Both the man, and a woman found inside the property, were arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
Aaron Adams, aged 40, of Ascot Road, Nottingham, has now been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs and being concerned in an offer to supply cocaine and heroin.
Twenty-seven-year-old Nafisa Rehman, of Pearmain Drive, has been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A and Class B drugs.
Adams was remanded in custody at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (4 December).
Rehman has been bailed and both will appear next at Nottingham Crown Court on 8 January 2026.
